Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Director of Public Works Re: MacArthur Blvd. Extension - Hinckley/Furlan Proposed Driveway Dear Mr. Goram: As per your 'request we have reviewed the attached sketch with respect to the proposed roadway plans under review in our office at this time. The driveway proposed on the sketch can be built as a part of the project and meets the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance. However, we would like to inform you that there is already a driveway shown on the plans about 171 feet south of the location you are interested in. We mention this in case it is an older "version" of the property owner's access which may need to be updated in our review. In either case both driveways meet the Subdivision Ordinance provisions and do not appear to adversely impact the road project. Please call me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Karlsruher, P.E.
