acquisition procedures are presently underway with the adjoining property owners and clearing of the Univest ·
and Vista Mortgage and Realty right-of-way is currently underway.
In order to further expedite the construction of this project, the construction plans are currently
advertised for public bids, which are due on July 17, 1990. /
