Officers expended a total of 25 hours of traffic enforcement at the above location with several citations
issued. Attention was directed to this area during both early morning hours and lunch hours; after school
resumed, enforcement was limited to the lunch hOurs. Captain Nix spoke wi Mtl~("l~.s. Rita Lunb~nb-~gergerg w-~o~eo reported
that she had observed officers patrolling, had seen some improvement, and w~ the response to this
situation. She expressed a recommendation that a flashing light be placed on the plant entrance sign; this
information was forwarded to Public Works. We shall continue to monitor this area.
