Dear Mr. Harrell:
A final inspection was conducted on August 18, 1988 for the above referenced
project by representatives of the City of Coppell. All items to the project
are in compliance with the standards set forth by the City of Coppell
subdivision requirer~nts and are found to be acceptable. As-built drawings
and one-year maintenance bonds have been received from both parties with
a maturity date of August 18, 1989.
