Dear Mr. Griffin:
National Convenience Stores Incorporated CNCS") has received approval from the County of Dallas to
relocate the proposed storm drain inlet. NCS has agreed to reimburse the City of Coppell or the County of
Dallas the cost of emending the proposed storm drain piping and inlet further North to get the inlet out of
our proposed driveway. In addition, NCS has agreed to reimburse the cost for revising the plans to
incorporate these changes.
