Steve, all Public Works departments have reported to mm that the punch list
iten~ dated September 24, 1987, June 24, 1988 have been satisfactorily co~pleted.
I have received maintenance bonds from Jenson Utilities and Apac. Nathan Maier
has submitted the required as-built drawings and I have drafted the acceptance
letter.
If you know of any outstanding conditions and/or reasons that should delay the
issuance of this letter, please advise.
