WHEREAS, THE ABOVE bounded Principal entered into a contract with the
Riverchase Joint Venture dated 8/8/86 for paving the intersection
of Belt Line Rd. and MacArthur Blvd., in the Riverchase, Coppell, Texaa.
NOW, T~t~tEFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that if the
above bounded Principal shall remedy without cost to the said City of Coppell
any defects which may develop during a period of one (1) year~E~ from
the date of completion and acceptance of the work performed under said contract
provided such defects are caused by defective or inferior materials or workmanship~
then this obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall be and remain in ~ force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHt2REOF, the said Principal and Surety have duly executed
