Lower electrical box in second median north of Beltline Rd. Several valve boxes that have been flagged are resting directly on the irrigation pipe and need to be adjusted at least two-inches off the pipe while keeping the top of the valve box level with ground. Two areas where two valves are wired into one need to be corrected. These valves need to be separated into four separately wired valves. Valve wires are out of sequence and need to be put in sequential order heading south. Median south of Bethel School Rd. has center row heads that need to be moved to the center of the median and full circle nozzles installed. Gravel in valve boxes needs to be looked at and gravel needs to be added to ends of boxes to keep dirt from coming in. Ruts on medians need to be fixed with sandy loam or quality sand for turf, no masonry sand or fill dirt will be accepted.
