As you are aware, Jeff Hawkins has questioned the need for an
easement for the above referenced line installation, due to the
fact that the property in question had been dedicated to the City
for utility line installation purposes. After speaking with the
City Attorney and the Director of Public Works, I informed Jeff
that it would be necessary to secure an easement for the sewer line
and that he should prepare the necessary documents.
Attached you will find a copy of the city's
document and please notice that this document lacks
signature.
