Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Buildina A - Wastewater device needs Dlua (c O) needs set-o~
bide and lower & straiqhten pipe.
2. All valve MLV & FHV need cut outs. 2nd isolation valve east
of Lakeshore has broken stack.

Meter vault top has been bumped off center, needs reset &
also has a leak on check.
Domestic meter both cans are too low, stack over cutoff valve
is low: cans full of dirt & water-need cleaned out.
First entrance south of Wranqler- FH needs aasket & flow
tested straiahtened pressure tested & valve checked.
Second entrance-FH in island needs straiqhtened & raised to
meet 18" clearance.
