Replace broken redwood at approach off Beltllne.
Clean area so we can see if any random cracks are present.
Clean & seal all joints including curbs.
Place lane marklngs and Right Turn Only signs in appropriate spots.
Cut & replace curb with header extended through curb in right-turn lane.
Rout & seal all random cracks.
Place rip-rap at and in drainage ditch at all headwalls and out-flow points.
Clean out RCP & place rip-rap at headwaH and ditch at west end of ditch close to
Lakewood Dr.
Rout & seal random cracks and clean & seal joints in approach off Lakeshore Dr.
Call when left-turn lane is ready.
