Walk-thru Northlake 635 Business Park Lot 1, Block D
1. Put handle on vault by Beltline.
2. Dig out to see bypass on domestic by Beltline.
3. Dig around vault by Beltline 4".
4. Replace steamer nozzle on Fire hydrant.
5. Butler needs to pour new pad where 4-way cross tee is.
6. Repair fire hydrant northwest end of building - fire hydrant not working.
7. Put handle on vault at northwest corner.
8. Chimney seal in manhole.
9. Put extension on 3-way valve north end of building.
10. Put extension on 4-way cross in the middle of warehouse.
11. Put extension on 2 f'we hydrant valves in the middle of warehouse.
12. Put protective posts around fire hydrants.
