project manager position on the Sandy Lake Project with an equally qualified registered engineer.
Our proposed candidate as "Project Manager" is Shannon L. Hebb, P.E., a Senior Civil Engineer.
Mr. Hebb has over 17 years of engineering experience in transportation and construction and has
been with Sverdrup for 12 years. He has intimate knowledge of this project serving as a project

pavement section, storm sewer lines and other related roadway features.
Senior Design Engineer on I/-1-635 Improvement in Irving, TX, includes preparation of
schematics and PS&E for adding frontage roads, ramps and a new interchange west of
MacArthur Boulevard.
Senior Civil Engineer on Dallas Area Rail Transit System, a 20 mile rail starter system.
Included cost estimates, street rehabilitations, utility locations, contract specification and
special provisions, construction liaison to design conflicts, cost analysis and project
scheduling.
Project Manager on Texas Instrument Capital Improvement Project in Dallas, TX. Included
street improvements, utility relocations, cost estimates, parking lot improvements, project
