Gentlemen:
On June 24, 1987, Homes by C & S sold A1 and Jackie
Salata the property at 701Greenway, being Lot 1 Block A
Meadows Section V. C & S, in trying to provide adequate
driveway to this property, poured a concrete extension to
the alley between 701Greenway and the property behind it
known as 702 Clayton Circle., being Lot!15 Block B Meadows
V. The problem is that the extension is on Lot 15, and
Mr. Harrison of Harrison Custom Homes owns this lot. He has
now built a house on it, and he has agreed to deed 13.8
feet by 20 feet to the city as an alley, easement ot what-
ever would work so that neither home owner or future
home owners could ever cut the other off from using the
extension. C & S has gotten a survey of the extension.
All parties are only concerned that this property be
legally accepted by the City of Coppell in a way that no
private party can ever claim rights to it.
