Preliminary Plat Extension

Dear Mr. Doyle:
Enclosed, please find fifteen (15) copies of the Preliminary Plat for the
proposed Meadows Section Six Subdivision. This same plat was approved by the
City Council of Coppell in March, 1988. Since that time, no further progress
has been made toward preparing a Final Plat of the site due in-part to
negotiations of the owner to sell a portion of the site to another developer.
Hence, the Preliminary Plat expired in December, 1988. With negotiations now
being finalized, we respectfully request the City Council of Coppell for an
extension of the said previously approved Preliminary Plat so that we may
proceed with the Final Plat and Engineering of the site.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call. We hope
to be included in your March 28, 1989 City Council meeting.
