Dear Mr. Saldana:
We received the letter from the City of Coppell inquiring about the status of the right of way
on the Sandy Lake Road project, in particular for parcel no. 25. Ail parcel descriptions and
plots were submitted to you for review and comment along with preliminary design plans in
February, 1994. The descriptions do not include the additional slope easements that are now
required on 20 of the 31 parcels previously submitted.
We request that a meeting be arranged with Dallas County and Sverdrup Civil, Inc. to discuss
the comments on our 60% design submittal, required right of way work and completion of the
Sandy Lake Road plans. Based on comments and required revisions, we can determine any
effects on the right of way and slope easement requirements and proceed with the final plans.
