Request to construct Deck in Drainage Easement
I am in receipt of the information packet on the proposed deck
and have reviewed its contents. The only comment I have is that I
need to be provided with a copy of the final document signed by the
Mayor for my files. Otherwise, as long as the owner is
knowledgeable of all the particulars I see no reason to restrict
this project.
