Samuel Boulevard are developed to ANALYSIS: On March 8, 1988, a preliminary plat was approved by the City Council to allow for construction of 78 single-family lots, and a final plat containing 56 lots, was approved on June 13, 1989. Subject plat contains a total of 13 single-family lots, which are to be constructed in accordance with the provisions established by the Planned Development Case #PD-105.
