Final Plat
Dear Mr. Anderson:
We received a blue line print of final plat on the above referenced project.
However, as of this date, we have not received the final construction plans for
our review and comment.
You hadindicated to Shohre Daneshmand of our office that the final construction
plans for this phase has been approved as part of Meadows Addition, Section 6,
Phase I, and for that reason there would not be a need to submit plans for this
phase and that she should check with Steve Goram and myself. She has done that.
Please note that since this is a separate final submittal, per the subdivision
ordinance and for practical purposes, it is required that you provide related
final construction plans for this project.

your use /n addition to Coppell s standards and ordinances. Also, you will find
a copy of Mr. Howard Pafford's comments for this project, which need to be
addressed. Ail appropriate development fees must be paid prior to approval of

Please submit four (4) sets of final construction plans to the Public Works
Department by Monday, February 26, 1990.
