Dear Tom:
I am writing this letter to remind you that there are existing utilities
located within the Samuel Boulevard Right-of-Way. As seen on the Water and
Sanitary Sewer Plan (Sheet 3 of the Engineering Plans for this project) a
caution note was added instructing the contractor to contact each of the
respective utility companies prior to construction. Please pay special
attention to the existing gas main (which Lone Star Gas has staked in the field
for your reference) located just West of the East Right-of-Way line of Samuel
Boulevard. The actual depth of this gas line is unknown.

You are hereby given Notice to Proceed on all utility work as
specified in the contract documents for the above subject
project. Enclosed are two fully executed bound sets of
contract documents. Please forward one copy to your surety.
Please check with Mr. Larry Davis at the City of Coppell tO make
sure you have satisfied the City's permit requirements prior to
placing utilities on site.
The working day contract time will begin today. In accordance
with the agreement, the work should be substantially complete 30
workinG days from today.
If you have any questions about the provisions of the contract,
please contact me.
