Crack seal between curb and sidewalk east side of Moore between Swan &

Crack seal between curb and sidwalk west side of Moore between Carter &

4th panel from drop inlet on w~st side of Moore, north of Carter route

Sidewalk around sam~ area as above dr~p inlet has sunk
Crack seal -between curb and sidewalk both ea~ and ~st sides of Moore
from bridge five (5) panels back north
Panels on street south end of bridge headwall are buckling (eenterline,
east and west sides )
Crack seal between curb and sidewalk on both east and west sides of Moore
from bridge south to railroad tracks
Re-do seal west side of Moore adjacent median b~tween bridge and railroad
Route and seal crack 6th panel north of railraod adjacent median east side
Inlet drop west side of Moore adjacent median sidewalk sunk
