As mentioned to you during the staff meeting yesterday, Butch
Ellison contacted our office to advise that therel will be a
walk-thru for Moore Road on June 17, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., and each
department from Public Works was requested to attend this meeting.
This is to determine if any problems exist prior to the expiration ,.
of the one year maintenance bond. Please ensure that a
representative from your department is present. If any comments
are addressed to Butch Ellison, please make sure that I receive
a copy. Thank you.
