Pursuant to Ken Griffin's letter of November 6, referencing development f}e assessment for the
above project, attached are copies of the assessment sheets along with copies of receipts t0r the
fees. The fees were paid at the Water Department. Please note that street light t}es were also paid
a~ we received a copy of the electrical layout indicating 13 street lights (13 lights X $292.60/light
= $3803.80).
Pursuant to Ken's letter of November 23, irrigation impact t}es have also been paid.
The 2% Construction Inspection Fee will be paid prior to the preconstruction meeting of the project
as soon as contracts are awarded.
