1. Need to grade on inside of vaults on seam and pipe.
2. DC needs plugs and test paperwork.
3. Cut drainage around two vaults for water runoff.
4. 2" DC needs plugs on Domestic & Irrigation and test paperwork.
5. Mark on curb in blue IRR at 2" meter.
6. Mark on curb with oil paint FI-IV & MLV at all FH and m~inline valves.
7. Repair 2~d FH on south side of building.
8. Repair 3'd FH on south side of building.
9. Need blue street markers on all FH in street.
10. FH line valve to west side of street cannot turn (cheek to see if valve on) stack full of
water-cannot see valve.
11. Mark on curb in blue DOM on service 2" meter on west side of building.
12. Cut drainage around 2" meter can~.
13. Repair Fire Dept. fire pump truck pipe per larry Davis and replace missing caps.
14. Mark FLV on curb in red for fLre llne to building.
15. Repaint yellow FH on lot.
16. Need pads at 2 valves on south side of building (old valves).
Note: Call Danny Hightower at 972-304-3545 for re-walk after repairs are made.
