Status- City Review of Preliminary Plans
Dear Mr. Griffin:
The Preliminary Plans of the referenced project were delivered on
March 18, 1996 to Michael A. Martin, E.I.T., Engineering
Department, City of Coppell (see attachments). Please finalize any
comments Coppell wishes to have Dallas County incorporate into the
Sandy Lake Road Design Project as soon as possible.
Dallas County remains committed to proceeding with plan completion
of the Sandy Lake Road Project to avoid further impact to the
overall schedule for the project. Should you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to call me.

Revised Preliminary Plans
Dear Mr. Saldana:
Sverdrup Civil, Inc. is pleased to submit revised pre!iminary plans (10 - copies) in accordance
with the revised design schedule. The drainage design provides capacity for a portion of
Riverview Estates as shown on the drainage area map and as discussed in previous
correspondence. Sverdmp would again like to point out that the property must be filled to the
appropriate elevation to utilize the drainage system.
Also enclosed is an updated Progress Form for your review. Sverdrup looks forward to receiving
comments from the County and to finalizing the plans in a timely manner to the satisfaction of
all parties involved.
