Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with
a copy of thc Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $48.558.60 ;md forward to
the Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a
portion of thc assessed fees that need to be paid prior to Council approval. Also provide a
copy of thc Engineer's estimate or contzact to our office so thc construction inspection
fee can be verified.
Providing a copy of your paid r~ceipt to the Engineering Department will help us to
verify the payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We
