Sverdrup Civil, Inc. is pleased to submit revised preliminary plans (10 - copies) in accordance
with the revised design schedule. The drainage design provides capacity for a portion of
Riverview Estates as shown on the drainage area map and as discussed in previous
correspondence. Sverdrup would again like to point out that the property must be filled to the
appropriate elevation to utilize the drainage system.
