Final Punch List
Dear Mr. Bailey:
I would like to reiterate our discussion on 7/2/87 in reviewing
the final punch items (list attached).
In brief, there are three categories that we divided the final
punch list into.
Category one (1) are items which will need to be addressed at
this time in order to receive final acceptance on this project.
Category two (2) are items which we are concerned about at this
time; however, the current condition of these items does not
create any serious problems with the integrity of this project as
they exist currently. Should problems arise in the future,
however, we will expect Ashlar to honor their one-year letter of
guarantee per the contract and address any items requested by the
city at that time.
Category t~ree (3) are items we do not authorize you to address
at this tIme since they are not part ~f your current c~ntract
with the city of Coppell. .Upon.authorlzat~on from th~ city, we
may request for ~ou to submlt pr%ces for some of these lt~s at a
later date. This extra work if requested, however, will not
affect your efforts to obtain final completion status on this
project.
Listed below are categories 2 and 3. Any items not listed are
included in the first category and must be resolved for final
acceptance.
Category #2, as follows: 4, 16, 21, 28, 35, 37, 46, 51, 52, 64,
70, 73, 78, 80, 81, 82, 90, 91, 98, 101, 108, 110, 125, 131, 132.
