Dear Mr. Powell:
Please find enclosed Ashlar Contracting Company's cost proposal for the
6" waterline extension on Carter Drive which Mr. Steve Goram and yourself
requested.
We do not recor~nend this work be done at this time by Ashlar Contracting
Company. The cost of this work is very high for this type of constructien.
We will try to obtain an additional cost estimate from Haukous Construction
Company, and will notify you of the new estimate when available.
