Gentlemen=
We have reviewed the above referenced project for conformance
to the City of Coppel! Subdivision ordinance. We are
recommending that it be placed on the next Council agenda for
approval, subject to a few minor items being addressed.
All the items of our letter of August 12, i985, have been
satisfied with the exception of one: Provide a landscape
plan.

The final plans need to have the ·plat· included.
Provide detail sheets. City standard sheets are
acceptable.
Moore Road profiles still indicate 0.3% slope, whereas
0.5% is minimum acceptable. Please address.
Indicate ·buttons' plan on Moore road in accordance with
City standard.
Make determination whether lime stabilization for
subgrade will be required prior to bidding..
Ia the channel along the east property existing or
proposed? If proposed, provide details.
The headwalls shall have a decorative stone or brick
facing as Per Subdivision Ordinance.
The 16· gas line along Noore Road, is this within an
easement? If so, the easement needs to be shown on the
plat.
I0. Indicate inlet, manhole, and trench backfill details.
