Attached is a copy of the letter which our office mailed,
along with an easement dedication, to you on September 25,
1985. Another name was inadvertently left on that dedication
and had to be changed, so please disregard the former
dedication.
The enclosed document ts the easement which needs your
signature at this time. Please sign both copies, have them
notarized and return them to Ginn, Inc. We will forward a
copy of the filed dedication to you when we receive it from
Dallas County Deed Records.
We regret the inconvenience this may have caused you and hope
to receive the signed copies from you soon, as the City would
like to bid this project in the very near future.
