In order for this project to be properly constructed, a slope and drainage easement needs to be secured. The attached easement dedication will indicate that which is requested to be dedicated by you, as the owner of the property. Please note that this easement is the same width as the existing Lone Star Gas easement, and thus will not create any further infringement onto your property. Please sign both copies, have them notarized and return to Ginn, Inc., 16135 Preston Road, Suite 112, Dallas, Texas, 75248, for further processing. After we receive a filed copy from Dallas County Deed Records, we will forward a copy to you for your records. Inasmuch as the City would like to bid this much needed project within the next few weeks, your immediate attention to this would be greatly appreciated.
