Dear Mayor Duggan:
This is to advise you that our firm has completed the design
'phase of the above referenced bond program project· except '
for City approval. We are forwarding a set of drawings to
Mr. Steve Goram for his review and circulation among City
staff.
If acceptable, we request that this item be placed on the
June 25, 1985 City Council agenda for authorization for our
firm to advertise for bids. I will be at the June 25 meeting
to answer any questions that may arise.
