On the 18 of }~y, 1984 a final inspection was performed on utilities and streets
in the above named project. Both items are in compliance with city requirements
and are acceptable to the City of Coppell.
At this time, the one-year maintenance warranty will begin May 18, 1984. In
conjunctionwith final acceptance of projects, the City of Coppell requires
as-built plans to be forwarded to them.
