The City is in receipt of the maintenance bonds from Austin Paving Company
and Lanzo Construction Company, along with the as-built drawings of the
above referenced project. After inspections conducted by our field personnel
and City of Coppe11, wa find this project to be in compliance with city
requirements. August 21, 1985, will be the termination date of the one-year
maintenance of the project.
Upon receipt of this acceptance letter, General Homes can proceed with
construction of the home building in Parkwood t.
