Staff has contacted Derek Earle with Centex Corp. and requested
that he get with the contractor about the failure at the
intersection of Post Oak and Oak Bend and have it taken care of
immediately. Mr. Earle has not returned my call to let me know
when this will take place. Consequently, I have contacted the
contractor myself and advised him of the remaining issue in this
subdivision. Bill Jones with L. H. Lacey has assured me that the
failure will be taken care of immediately. Next status 1/11/93.
