Riverview Estates Drainage - Additional Request (a.k.a. the Johnny Thompson Tract)
Dear Mr. Griff'm: -
In response to your letter dated January 23, 1996 for the referenced project, and a coordination
meeting between yourself and the Dallas County Public Works Staff on January 25, 1996,
Sverdrup Civil has been requested to research the Eagle Point Villa. ge at Riverchase Drainage
Area Map (see attachments) for drainage requirements. A cursory review of this map and
Sverdrup's January 5, 1996 letter pertaining to "Drainage from Riverview Estates" has determined
approximately 1~ +[- zoned "SF-9" (residential) will contribute an additional 60 c.f.s.
to the Sandy Lake Road storm sewer system draining t_o ~ west. Sverdrup will verify this by
hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and. profile a,5 ~soon as _t~ossib"l~m order to incorporate into the
Sandy Lake Road Project with the appropriate sized downstream drainage system.
Dallas County remai~ committed to p~g with plan completion of the Sandy Lake Road
Project to avoid further impact to the overall schedule of the project. Should you have any
