Box 478 CoppeR, Texas 75019 Re: Sandy Lake Road - Project No. 91-830 (MacArthur Boulevard to Coppell/Dallas City Limits) Riverview Estates Drainage (a.k.a. the Johnny Thompson Tract) Dear Mr. Griffin: Upon our request, Sverdrup Civil, Inc. has investigated the storm water runoff contribUtion to the referenced project by the proposed Riverview Estates (see attachments). This review has determined 5.59 acres zoned "R" (retail) fronting Sandy Lake Road will contribute approximately 44.7 c.f.s., 100 year design frequency, to the Sandy Lake Road storm sewer systems. Approximately 78% (34.7 c.f.s.) will drain to the east, and 22% (10.0 c.f.s.) will drain to the west, and are being incorporated into the Final Design of the Sandy Lake Road Bridge Project, and the Sandy Lake Road/Coppell Project, respectively.
