I have talked with Derick Earle of Centex and advised him of the
deficiencies found. I provided him a list as well as Larry Davis.
Bill Jones with Lacey has advised that he has scheduled the seal
operation and will be on site once the weather lets up and Derick
said that he was looking into the erosion concerns.
Attached is a copy of the letter from Derick Earle verifying that
he did receive the punch list items and is currently working to
correct them.
