RE: Maintenance Punchlist Status

Dear Ray:
I wanted to update you on the status of the punchlist items
per your llst dated April 10, 1992. As you know, the adverse
weather conditions over the last few weeks have deterred the
completion of all of the ltems on the list. To date, all concrete
chips and breaks have been repaired but resealing of joints and
correction of erosion problems have been delayed pendlng dry
weather. I anticipate that resealing of pavement jolnts wlll be
accomplished after about 2 days of drying and with no rain forecast
for at least 24 hours. The regrading of eroded areas will likely
require about 1 week of dry weather. We are committed to
completing these punchlist items as soon as possible and will keep
you informed on a regular basis concerning these items.
