I have reviewed the lot plan/layout of the above referenced lot
and find that the 10' utility easement in the rear of the lot has
no water or sanitary sewer facilities existing in it. This
easement has been dedicated for franchise utility companies.
Therefore, the retaining wall encroachment will not effect the
facilities gE.
