Concrete Placement Observation:
The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe the placement of 200 cubic yards of
3500 psi concrete, and 200 cubic yards of 3600 psi concrete for paving.
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, air content, and batch to placement time.
The following samples were obtained for compressive strength testing in our laboratory:
2 sets of 4 cylinders (3500 psi)
2 sets of 4 cylinders (3600 psi)
