Dear Mr. Silverman:
The City of Coppelt has reviewed the engineering drawings and made the final review comments
to the plat and civil construction sets. Upon those corrections being made and the appropriate
payment of fees, the final plat will be approved and the building site can be released for
infrastructure construction. In addition, the signed plat will be released to the owner for filing
with the county.
The Engineering Department does not review plans for the building or issue the building permit.
Please contact Greg Jones, Chief Building Official, for any information regarding the building
permit.
