Need 2 domestic meters (2").
One (1) DC 2" needs cut off handles.
Seal inside vault on north side of building.
Clean out CO sewer on north side of building 20' from vault.
Need F.H. markers in street by all F.H. blue markers.
Manhole N.E. of building need rain pan out of bottom of manhole & clean bottom of
manhole.
~/7. F.H. valve at Lakeshore & Crestside dig up stack and reset with new pad cannot get
on valve.
'/~. Raise sewer manhole on Lakeshore middle of building to ground high & need chimney
seal.
'~9~. Vault on east side of building needs new link seal on street side of pipe inside vault.
~-1~. Drainage cleanout needs caps & pad on southeast corner of building.
1~. Repair F.H. at back of building-will not cut off.
~:' Valve stack on F.H. southwest of building cannot get on valve-repair with new pad.
~ **Cut & plug grease trap tied in to drainage.**
