Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to
1. East Vault-plug or cap all ball valves.
2. Paperwork on double check valves.

Walk-Thru Coppell Call Center (Blk B, Lot 2)
walk thru.
Fire hyd. Buttons-2 ft off center of road at all fire hyd.
Paint fire hydrants with red enamel (all).
South side of bldg. Paint valve box cover red for fire sprink-
ler system.
Replace head (bent stem) on fire hydrant on S.W. corner of
bldg.
N.W. Vault-expose valve and pour pad to ground level behind
fire hydrant.
Sewer cleanout by N. vault, cut PVC back & pour pad at ground
level.
9. Mark curb for cleanout.
10. Need new rubber seal in lg. Cap on fire plub by N. vault.
11. Attach cap chains on fire hyd. In middle of parking lot on N.
side.
12. Replace can on doublecheck valve and provide test paper work.
13. Clean meter can to below bypass on domestic meter.
14. N. vault-install caps or plugs on ball cock valves-paperwork
on check valves.
15. Vault cracked - regrout crack inside vault.
