M.H. between lots 24 & 25 needs rainpan & chimney seal
installed correctly.
Lot 37 on Blue Jay (CO) holding water.

2nd M.H. on Blue Jay bottom band on chimney seal is
loose.
M.H. on Mallard chimney seal needs tightened where line goes
between lots.
M.H. 1st off Bethel School Rd. needs chimney seal tightened.
