Water Utility Walk-Through for Northlake Wood~ands
Block 1, Lots 5-10
Utilities personnel performed a walk-through on the above
referenced project this afternoon and the following items were
found to be deficient:
1)
Mark all water services, sewer services, manholes and
cleanouts on roadway.
2)
Properly abandon the existing 2" stubout from mainline.
Use stainless steel band after removal of corporation
stop.
Please ensure these items are corrected prior to acceptance of
this project.
