As of this d~te, I have not received the revised version of the
proposed drainage systems, as proposed by Centre/Fox & Jacobs,
through Lot 52, Block A. As you may recall, Staff had recommended
an enclosed system as opposed to the developer,s desire to improve
the existing open channel. Centex/Fox & Jacobs representative, on
December 3, 1990, then proposed that no residential structure be
built on Lot 52, Block A, etc. (See attached memo dated
December 12, 1990.)
Upon receival of such plans and/or documents, I will provide a
status report. Please let me know if you have any questions.
