On December 3, 1990, Gabe Farve of Ginn, Inc., yourself and myself
met with Derek Earle of Fox & Jacobs and Mike Daniel of Nathan D.
Maier Engineers. At that meeting we discussed the above project as
it related to the open channel through Lot 52, Block A.
Staff expressed concerns regarding the open channel and recommended
a closed storm system instead. However, Derek proposed a
resolution in that Fox & Jacobs will not build a residential
structure on Lot 52, Block A. Derek also asked that Fox & Jacobs
reserve the right for the use of Lot 52, as they may dedicate it to
the Subdivision as Common Area, to be maintained by Homeowners
Association or sell it, etc.. We generally didn't have any
objection to his proposal. Derek will provide the revised plans
and plat, to reflect his proposed plan for City staff's review and
comment. Please note that we would like to get the City Attorney's
and Planning Department's input regarding any changes to the plat,
prior to the final approval of said plan.
As of this date, we have not received the revised plans from Fox &
Jacobs. We will continue monitoring this project and will keep you
informed.
