The pool was built in 1980, and Ray Gonzales of the Public gorka Department has detemined that there are no utilities or sever or drainage pipes located within the easement. In this case, the property is being sold. The City of Coppell acknowledges that an encroachment has occurred and the City does not intend to condemn the structure or initiate a lawsuit to correct the violation.
